There is a sign that says Clarkstown Residents only but it's not enforced at all.

Hi Nanette! the dog park is public, anyone can use it as long as your dog is up to date on his shots although they dont check, they do expect us to follow that rule. It is a really nice little dog park, and the view of the lake is beautiful.
