In health care facilities, urgent care situations arise, especially where lab work is concerned. No matter which hospital or doctor's office i'm at, i NEVER expect the appointment time to be more than a general guideline, and i always keep in mind, that if i, or one of my loved ones, were having an emergency, i'd hope that they'd be taken first, or receive the extra care they might need.
Your at your doctors office , not the hospital . To be blunt , I've found d Plainville assioates to be a wonderful facility. Have dvt in my right arm , and the lab there has been beyond kind and prompt . They are assioates with sturdy but have a lab at there office . Today I go to sturdy for a sonogram and vein study. This has been almost bi weekly , and the wait times are usually quite short. If you have an issue , speak to a manager. Also know , sometimes doctors are late cause patients are late too 😊
I would make a complaint to the hospital directly.
Not the answer you’re looking for, but sadly, it’s because they don’t care about us.
Everyone a needs are different and sometimes people may take longer then others because of these needs.
