They don't accept insurance that I know of. I'm currently training there and it's not the type of place that requires insurance. It's a place to learn Brazilian jiu jitsu and muay thai/boxing!
That's not a question for people who have been there. That is a question for the front desk. That's a question for the receptionist. I can tell you if it's a nice friendly place or not. Which it is. However I can not tell you if they take Medicare? Why would I or any costumer who's been there memorize all the different insurance policies they do and don't take??? Pick up the phone and call them! That's how you find out if they take Medicare.
I am not sure if they do you can always go to Gabriel gladiator and ask they are very nice and are glad to help any newcomers and or answer any questions.
