Glad you enjoyed it Chuck, I am the owner, I purchased the Restaurant from my father in law, who is a french speaking cajun. He opened it in 1996 and I and my wife, took it over in 2003. We have kept the menu basically the same, just trimmed some of the items that didn't sell very much as we have a small kitchen. We make all our own food, except the sausages and other ingredients which we get from Floyd Poche's meat market in Breaux Bridge La.
The owner's name is Paul. Great guy with an English accent.
