Are there staff at the front for check in if you don't want to do the self check in?
The rooms are not small. They are tiny... you have to fold up the bed to be able to walk from one side to the other. This would be okay if the rooms were cheaper than hotels around the area but they are the same price. I am not a fan.

Besides the confusing question. Get a king room, never opt for the smallest room of any hotel. It was also cheaper than other hotels on the same road and walking distance to restaurants. It's perfect for people on business, but my wife and i stayed there one night while in vacation and loved that everything was so modern. The king room was perfect for is and plenty of room with a nice view. Only downfall waa no room service although we could take food from the restaurant to our room.
Depending on what your needs are, YOTEL can be great or just okay. The rooms are small and simple but modern. So, if you like to spread out, I would choose a different place. It can be expensive, too, depending on how far out you book.
