No you don't need to wear a mask, West Springfield does not have a mask mandate.
I do not know what their current rules are going to be for the next show in regards to the gem show we went to. And I haven't been to the big e to know what their regulations are. However I wore my mask and so did my wife because we would prefer to be responsible adults. Plus we've also been vaccinated and we both have had covid I almost died. So deciding whether to wear a mask is not really up to you. Most places do have the right to require a mask. Above All Else one must take care of your body, your mind, and your soul as well as everybody else is around you. Just wear a mask. Pretty please. 🙂
