He doesn't do the back but I'm not sure about on the scapula because it works with the shoulder. He did a great job re-connecting my arm and repairs on my rotary. I was torn 3/4 around. Worth calling him to see exactly what he does. Excellent surgeon.
He does knees, shoulders, and hands. He is GREAT. Wife had both knees done and we could not be happier.
