Was told my shoulder didn’t heal because I didn’t take my medicine and couldn’t do my excercises, in the same conversation explains why my prescription was canceled by their office because their phone wasn’t set right and instead of renewing it canceled. Had to go to Express Care and ask them for the prescription. I also asked several times for a list of excercises to do after my physical therapy was also canceled. Dr said staff gave to me, they did not. He never brings a chart in the room and never knows what medicine he gave you. Medical Assistant acts like your a pain in the behind if you call. One Medical Assistant said my problem was not as important than others. They scheduled my follow up appointment 7 months out claimed you have to wait for a cancellation to get a sooner appointment. I would not waste your time on the office manager either, she doesn’t take criticism well. I could go on but then I’d be writing a book.

It's very hard for me to give this rating but I have to base it solely on my last visit. I got as far as my knee surgery was going to be scheduled then I get a call two days later buy a girl telling me the doctor sorry but he can't do your surgery because of your BMI. When in fact he did my other knee the year prior and I was approximately 15 lb less, now I'm being told I have to lose 40 lb and wanted to refer me to a weight loss clinic that will give me pills. I told him no my pill taking days are over as far as to lose weight. So here I am a year later and my kneecap continuously gives out on me I guess it's my punishment for not losing the weight. I can only pray that they get blessed with the same issues as they get older.

I am in need of knee surgery. Went to this doctor foe help But since my bmi is too high he made me feel terrible. Once approved surgery was denied because this doctor but on my charts that my bmi was too high. Insurance ran with it denied me surgery. I found the staff and doctor to be very cold. They don’t seem to care for there patients. Can’t say if he’s a good surgeon or not. I am back to square one. If you are overweight don’t go to this doctor

Dr. Manseau replaced my knee almost 5 weeks ago. I understand that knee's are harder than hips. I was scheduled for 8 weeks of Physical Therapy. They told me today that I will be released this week as I have reached all goals. Dr. Manseau is a wonderful doctor. He is kind and extremely talented in his field. He answers questions and makes sure I understand.
Over 3,000 with an amazing success rate. His clinic also offers in house therapy with an amazing therapist for great outcomes!
I don't know. I went for my shoulder and only got to see Tom the nurse practicioner! I think that on a initial visit for a possible shoulder replacement surgery that the actual surgeon should at least make an appearance! I would never go back or recommend this doctor!!

He doesn't do the back but I'm not sure about on the scapula because it works with the shoulder. He did a great job re-connecting my arm and repairs on my rotary. I was torn 3/4 around. Worth calling him to see exactly what he does. Excellent surgeon.

Im not sure about insurance but he does shoulders and roator cuffs. He did a total reverse shoulder on me. Great doctor.
I use Blue Cross. Florida Blue HMO. The only Florida Blue HMO, I believe they take. If you call the office they can transfer you to the person who handles insurance. She is extremely helpful.
Dr. Manseau does use the MAKO technology for some total or partial knee replacements.
