I would bring bottled water
They have water fountains (I wouldn't recommend it) and bath houses. The lake just recently opened up (down for a few weeks, if you are going camping, a few people were caught with guns trying to rob a few in the middle of the night) due to a high level of bacteria found in the water!! Just a heads up.

No, you cannot drink the water. However there is bathhouses with drinking water and bathing water
