Great park. Boat ramp, playground, and clean restrooms. Picture is a baby gator checking us out at the boat ramp. Iguanas running around property also.

Reducing the rating due to lack of cleaning and maintenance. I'm really shocked at how filthy it's gotten to be in a short amount of time.
