If you have a military permit, can that be used to shoot at the range? Do both people need a permit, or can the military permit allow the second to shoot also?

each person would need the military ID or Connecticut pistol permit or a certificate that they took a pistol class from an NRA instructor in order to shoot at my range. Thank you for your question, Chris
