I have canceled my sons membership 2x and unfortunately don't use my credit card often or check it and for the 2nd time time they restarted charging me $32 a month with out permission. When he was going last year we couldn't get into an age appropriate cage ever! It was always broken. So the couple months I did agree to payments he got in one time, unless I paid EVEN more for the Hit Trax. Very frustrated - no one calls back or follows through! I will update this if it ever finally gets resolved, 1 yr later and a couple hundred later =-(

Great place. Doing everything right in regards to Covid. My son loves it here. Staff is friendly, conscientious, and helpful. Online booking is great.
