The G5 sky club right next to security does not have showers. The G18 skyclub is being renovated and I believe is expected to have them on completion. Progress of renovation however has been slow.
I'm about 99% certain they DO NOT have showers but you can always look at the Delta app. I always look in the app to find the location, directions, and amenities of each lounge beforehand.
