Amazing hat shop with great selection in little Italy. A lot of their variety is their own Salmagundi brand. I love this little local shop and would encourage any hat guy to make a stop here.

Stopped in to browse, what a lovely hat store! Gentleman who helped us taught us a lot about hats, sizing, materials, etc. Was welcoming and not pushy at all which was refreshing. If you need a men’s or women’s hat I highly advise you to stop in!

If you need a hat (and everyone does!) go visit this store. Easy to find if you are in the North End and a short 2 blocks from Faneuil Hall. There are so many hats across all price points and other great accessories too. We were so welcomed by the store attendant and he even stretched the hat I picked to fit better. Great place to get yourself a present and bring presents home.

Hey Robert, thank you for your question! We are a full service hat shop. Our North End shop stocks roughly 4000 hats and our Jamaica Plain shop stocks roughly 12000 hats. Our Hatters are experts in the trade, non commission, and excellent hat match makers. Our aim is to make you happy while we find the perfect hat for you. We stock all sizes up to xxxl and have a full price range. We are confident we can get the proper hat on your "oh my gosh squash" : ) !
They have 2 stores, so if you called ahead and asked, if 1 store didn't have it, the other might. There other store is in Jamaica Plain..Their Salem St. Store is in the city. The other store is about 45 minutes away outside of Boston.
This shop has reduced capacity (4 people) to allow for social distancing. All customers must wear a mask at all times and use hand sanitizer upon entering. The shop keeper cleans surfaces throughout the day. The shop also uses a merv 13 filter on its hvac air system and keeps the front door open whenever weather allows to improve the air quality in the store.
I'll also note that if the store you go to doesn't have it and the other one does they will happily allow you to purchase it and have it shipped to a location of your choosing.
