Basically they have every kind of cheese you could imagine!
Shredded and whole (ovalini) mozzarella, parmesan, feta, gorgonzola, ricotta and a couple others
They also have ricotta and I highly recommend trying it on a pizza.
They have the usual mozzarella and parmesian but also goat, fetta, and blue.
