I ordered a Deep Dish Pizza on the Little Caesars app. Upon arriving to the store half an hour later I was informed that they didn't have Deep Dish Pizza's. No phone call. So I asked for my money back. I was told they didn't have a manager in store so I'd have to wait until the next day for a manager to call me so I could return to the store and get my money back. I called their corporate office to report them. This was 2 or 3 weeks ago. To this day I have not received a call from anyone about this issue. I have since reversed the charge through my bank to get my money back. Unnacceptable.

Tried to give them another chance but they never fail to disappoint. Walked in at 1230 on a sunday afternoon, music is playing loudly and there is no one in sight. 3 more people walk in behind me and we wait for at least 7 minutes yelling hello and making noise and calling the store number. Finally a girl comes up with a sour face and asks what can i get you. No apology, no sorry for the wait, explanation or anything. She seemed as if we were a burden. I promptly turned around and walked out. My advice, hire responsible people who want to work. Not kids who think their job is the club and the customers are annoying.

Ordered from here last night. Two and a half hours later. I tried to call them over 6 times mind you this was a online order. Not a single pick up. After I got my food finally. What a joke toppings all in the center. Absolutely no sauce the wings were cold no sauce for the bread sticks. Bread sticks trash. Wrong soda. I tried to call again 3 more times and still no one picks up. Better pizza a speedway at this point

Not hot n ready... out of dough for regular pizza. Took30 minutes. Please plan a little better. Had an old guy gripping about his order not being ready... regardless, have some respect for the workers.
