Waited almost 30 mins to be told there no deep dish pizza for the lunch combo. Then when I got the wings, they was luke warm. The lobby looked like no one cleaned it up in a week. The cashier gave me no napkins and no receipt.

This store is a joke. I don't know how it's even in business. I've been here maybe 15 times in the last 4 months and I've successfully walked out w food maybe 3 times. It's always some excuse. Today they are only taking online orders... again. No walk ups. They never have any pizzas ready. Last time I came in there were 4 employees out back smoking and 1 inside. They close at 8 on Friday nights. One day you can't come in without a mask and the next day it's fine. The management of this store is absolutely pathetic.

They made me order online even though there were workers to take orders, i wasn’t bothered so much by that, i went to get a drink and came back to get my food anyway. However…i ordered stuffed crazy bread and all i got was bread. i literally came here for stuffed bread. if i wanted breadsticks i’d go to any other pizza place.

Worst first impression ever. lol..... I was hushed upon entering the store by the cashier who was on the phone. I tried to look at the pizza menu while I waited but the screens were off..... She then finally got off the phone and then told me that only online orders were accepted, I then suggested to put a sign up at the door... immediately told me that they can't do that. I just calmly left. Never again lol I don't need this type of negative energy in my life.
