Does this place have management?
I keep seeing that they are under new management and that's the problem but i just came threw and number one im still waiting on a manager 10 min later and every single person i have seen at this location so far was exstreamly rude.
How do I place an order for delivery?
The ad says open 24 hrs. We are out of town and we are staying at connected hotel went to eat at steak n shake and the gentleman was sitting at the counter and motioned to us that they was closed for the night.
This location is under a new GM and manager they are trying to correct the things that customers are complaing. About so lets all give them a chance its not going to be an over night thing
