Ordered delivery from this steak and shake using the steak and shake app, half of my food didn’t show up and when I called the store to ask them to fix it they promptly told me there is nothing they are going to do so I paid 30$ for some chili and a cheeseburger. I am on bed rest with twins so it’s not like I can go get the food myself. I was craving that milkshake so bad 😢

Had a late dinner after a concert at 11pm. Order came quickly (even though there were a lot of people there) and everything was good, although I was hoping to order a steak frank and their own cherry flavored coke (which I usually order at my steak n shake up in south bend), but I didn't see those options on the self service menu. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I don’t even know how this stake and shake is still opened. I have never tasted a hamburger so bad. The place is super dirty, the employees super slow, zero initiative to give a good service.

The food here is very good. I noticed the staff washing hands often which was encouraging. Even though I went later in the night around 10:30 the service was still good!
