You need both signatures. You can have them notarized.

No. The only case that you can use one signature with two owner's name on title is when the title shows both owner's name devided by the word "OR" Example: Terri Smith OR Marcus Smith. Otherwise you most make fit both owner's signatures in the space provided. .
