Are the new regestrations white? Do they still come with the plate sticker?

The new registration is printed on plain white paper. If it is a renewal you will get stickers for your plates. If you did not get stickers and the stickers you have don't match the reg go to the second window to the left on the first floor and ask for them, bring the reg with you.
