How much is the reinstatement fee and will they accept credit cards?
My mother died this January 11th 2020. I was gifted her car by my siblings after her death however the title to the car was not found in her belongings. Each of my siblings signed a letter re: the car being gifted to me and had the letters notorized. From what I have read on the website there are forms I need to fill out and payments I need to make to the State of R.I. but I am not sure which forms? I believe I need to file for a duplicate title? And need to know what supporting documents are needed to go with that. Please advise. I live in NH and am not sure how to get a duplicate title in order to register the vehicle in the state I live in
