Because how would you feel about being removed from a restaurant after finishing your meal? Customer experience matters
Because they are money paying patrons of the establishment,duh!
Is this a serious question? They paid for a meal, they are customers of the establishment, they paid for a service. No restaurant sets time limits on tables, they take care of their customers.
That's just not how The Cheesecake Factory works. Also, I've never been told to leave a table that I was occupying, nor have I ever been asked to leave a restaurant. Respect and service rise above all else.
Its not a fast food restaurant. Its a sit down restaurant. Some peopke like to eat and have a nice experience.
