I've loved lush forever, but after a recent move to Denver from the east coast, my products weren't working as well as I was used to living in a humid environment. Kay spent 30 minutes with me match me with products I loved that would help me in the much drier climate. I kid you not in one wash my hair was looking and feeling amazing with a new shampoo bar and conditioner. KAY ROCKS!

This location is incredible! They throw the best birthday parties ever… The ladies were so kind and insanely educated on all of the lush products as well as the company as a whole. My group had such a blast creating bath bombs, testing a variety of products, and making amazing memories :) Definitely book them for your next event!

I got the ocean salt scrub and cup o coffee mask for my graduation gift. And they are not great at all as they are not compatible with my skin. I completely broke out. I asked for an even exchange and they were okay with that but the problem is they are out of everything!!! So I asked if I could get one of their products and the rest on a gift card so I could come back to the store, and the "manager" who wouldn't even look at me while trying to assist me refused. It's just baffling that they refused while being out of everything!! I'm gonna have to go to a different LUSH location and this will be my fourth time coming to this store (different locations). Hopefully next time, I will get a better service and treated with respect. This is LUSH at park Meadows mall Denver CO on may 26th at 1 pm. For those who are responsible for hiring this wan as a MOD, I hope you can retrain your manager with professionalism or choose them wisely; one with great and genuine customer service skills. After this exchange, I will never set my foot at this place ever again.
