I’m so happy I decided to move here! The property manager Daniel was so easy and great to work with. The complex is very clean and well maintained. The area is also beautiful and pet friendly. Definitely 10/10 recommended!

I’m coming up on 5 years at The Lofts at Lincoln Station in Lone Tree, Colorado. I have enjoyed this place as my home all this time. The neighbors are friendly and no one is stressed about living here. I’ve been to other places where people were always upset about something not working in or around their apartments or problems with noise or management. I’ve had two managers, Nichole and now Brandy while living here and both were/are very nice and friendly. Anytime I had a concern, management is always there to listen and help. Brandy Page is a gem within this community and I don’t believe you pay her enough. Neighbors I have talked to will also agree with me about Brandy. She is competent, reliable, fair, a hard worker and without her, I don’t believe this place would run as well as it is at this moment. She is one of the reasons I am once again renewing my lease for year six. While The Lofts at Lincoln Station is managed well, this competency trickles down to our maintenance staff. Not much goes wrong here but if it does, we have a reliable maintenance team who gets things down in a timely manner. We are not waiting for anything to be fixed as you go online, fill out the form and before you know it, your concern is being looked at and dealt with quickly in every case. There’s a trash shoot on every floor so nothing piles up around here. Hallway floors are vacuumed every weekday and the inside still looks new. No worries if it snows over night as the walking areas around the building are shoveled. You will love the high ceilings in every apartment, the appliances are stainless steel surrounded by quartz countertops. The majority of apartments have balconies and if you're staying in a unit that faces west, like I am, you will be enjoying the beautiful Colorado sunsets every night. The location of your new home at The Lofts at Lincoln Station makes it very accessible to I-25 North and South, shopping, dining, entertainment and medical facilities (Sky Ridge Hospital is 5 minutes away at 1.4 miles). There’s an RTD station directly across the street so if you fancy a day or night visit to Denver, hop on board while keeping your car in your own private, well lit, enclosed garage. No one else can get in as there’s a security gate accessed only with your personal fob. The inside garage elevator also cannot operate without your fob. This is just another extra level of added security to keep your mind always at ease about your stay here. You need to check out this apartment complex for yourself so that you too can be home at The Lofts at Lincoln Station.

Current tenant here. Not looking to have my name dragged through the mud by Brandy, the property manager, like many other former tenants have so I will leave my name off of the review. Do not trust the positive reviews that are on google as many of us tenants are being asked to place a 5 star rating on google to help with the low score that the Lofts have received. I have not been asked to review this complex since I have signed a lease but now that Brandy is in charge she makes daily life at the Lofts uncomfortable by "begging" for a positive review. Nicole, former property manager, never asked tenants to review the apartments online. If Brandy is the property manager when you are thinking about leasing, I would run away! I will not be renewing my lease here and after 2+ years of being a resident. Great job Griffis Blessing for allowing this to happen. Please see some quick snapshots of how the place has become cheapened under the management of Brandy. The facilities are never clean and this is marketed as "luxury". Though many tenants have expressed concern for the current property manager to Griffis Blessing and the Regional Manager for the are, nothing has been done and seems as though nothing will. Just be aware of the current issues at this property before signing a lease.
