IMT at RidgeGate has been a wonderful experience so far. The community, amenities, location and apartment units have all exceeded my expectations. I was helped by Kari, and she made the process of moving stress free. She was very supportive and quick to help with any questions I had. I have loved living here and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Very thankful to have found a home that feels like home.

I've been here for 1.5yrs. The staff here is great and friendly. Any time we have maintenance request they are pretty quick to get to them. We've had some water heater issues and the staff went above and beyond to make sure things were fixed even past their working hours. Norm, on the maintenance staff, I can't praise him enough. Always on top of the fixes, stays later to complete jobs and always full of great conversation.

Norman is always the best at getting the job done. He's super courteous, detailed, quick, and efficient. He's a pleasant person and always a sweetheart to our dog and son whenever he comes to fix an issue.
