Today was my first visit to this location, and I could not have been more pleased. As soon as I arrived, Leo greeted me with a smile and friendly disposition. I went into the back almost immediately because there was no wait, and I was greeted by a cheerful Dr. Lafferty. All in all, everyone was superb and I look forward to returning.

It was my first time getting an adjustment! Luckily for me the young lady at the front when i called let me know there was a special today and tomorrow!!! Free consultation and adjustments today and tomorrow only. I felt lucky, I went in and was greeted, it was a clean and welcoming environment. And the dr was fantastic!! I have never felt better! I was hesitant sometimes but doc made me feel safe and secure. I can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you!!!!

Had my first ever appointment with joint chiropractic on August 8th and my appointment was set for 3:00 pm. I arrived 15 minutes before 3 PM and while waiting a woman and her daughter came in as walkins they apparently had one of the long term monthly plans through this chiropractor office and they were seen ahead of me regardless of the fact that my appointment was set for three. I didn’t get seen till about 3:30 when they were done being seen. so right off the bat I was already annoyed because they went to walkins with the monthly plans go ahead of me and I was waiting there for a long time when I went in there the Doctor Who is working on my neck proceeded to do his job but when cracking the right side of my neck he didn’t tell me to put my feet together until he was already done doing it which messed my neck up even worse after he was done cracking my back he said there was nothing he saw that was alarming to him but he still wanted me to come in for more appointments he then proceeded to walk me over to the desk where his front desk woman was extremely pushy with the monthly membership plans all in all I would say this whole experience was extremely uncomfortable for me from the fact that they went to walkins go ahead of me very rudely to the fact that he didn’t tell me to put my feet together until after he was done doing what he needed to do to make that side of my neck and then them both being pushy with trying to get more money out of me to do one of their long-term membership plans I definitely wouldn’t recommend this the experience was got awful my neck is still messed up and I just found the whole experience to be completely unprofessional and pushy if I could read it negative stars I would definitely do -5 stars for this please do not recommend to anyone
