They don't take reservations on a normal day, not sure about holidays

If you go to this link https://haciendacolorado.com/locations/lone-tree/ it says there is no one on the waitlist. Perhaps they are busy. But idk if they take reservations. Their website doesn't say.

Keep calling, I just now was able to reach them on the phone. It took like 10 rings...
