How do you serve someone a burnt bagel? Like, you couldn't see it was burnt? The employee working goes "I made it myself and I didn't see any burnt parts". Whoever owns this place needs to have a word with their employees about QUALITY of service!

The negatives vibes from this Dunkin Donuts is off the charts. The first day i came here the store called the police on a woman who was minding her business. She had an ice cream in her hand from the store so she was clearly a customer. When the police came they dragged her away like an animal. She kept yelling for someone to help her because she didn't know why she was taken away. I wish i could have helped but i wouldn't even know how, as a regular samaritan. It felt extremely illegal. The second day i came, i received a cracked up and a portion of my drink leaked out. When i told them I had a cracked cup the worker with a long goatee and short hair handed me a cup and motioned for me to pour my old cup into the new cup and didn't even offer to refill my iced coffee. He looked at the cup and said "yeah they've been coming in like these a lot" and then walked away. The negative vibes from this store is off the charts. It's almost like they feel guilty or ashamed of something that's going on behind the scenes. It's really really really weird here. Nobody here treats you like a person.

My order is actually correct and tastes good EVERY time. Karl is the #1 employee of the universe and is so kind and funny each time I go through the drive thru! Thanks Karl!

This place just scammed me out of 7-8 dollars for a medium mocha latte hot. I asked for an extra shot and a drink that is normally 5 dollars and some change ended up being close to 8 dollars. I am never coming here again and I recommend you stay away unless you want to be nickle and dimed.
