Very disappointed with the breakfast server who was not only rude, but did not smile at us. was not friendly and was whispering to her cook about us after i asked a question about the breakfast items. I was a bartender and server for the Hilton for over 10 years and I would never have treated any patrons the way that they did. I also left my brand new perfume bottle in the room and the front desk said nothing was found. I hope they do better. We all have bad days and we all deal with problems but there’s never a reason to be rude because you never know what someone is going through or dealing with. Be kind.

The easy access - The cleanliness of the room was overall good. The floors in the bathroom were clean, the surfaces were spotless. The pillows were nice and the pillow covers were clean. The cleaning lady was very nice and gave me the extra towels I needed, I could tell that she cared about her job and the quality of her work.The toilet was clean celan, the shower was clean ! I couldn't find one single hair in the bathroom!!! That was a first at any hotel including 5 star establishments that I've been in. There were only a couple of minor stains on the bottom of the bathroom wall near the door finish. The bed was comfy. I will stay here again when I I'm filming in the mountains.

Good check-in experience, they got my phone set up with mobile key. This is important, it makes the stay 10x better since you always have your phone in your hands anyways. The breakfast is good. Not $15 good, so be sure to pay for breakfast while booking the room. You can get discounts this way. Usually cheapest to book direct on their website.

Great hotel rooms are cool they supply shampoo, soap, conditioner. Complimentary breakfast and super friendly staff. Nice snack bar that's somewhat reasonably priced. Short walk to Lincoln station RTD as well. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will stay there again next time I'm in Denver. The only thing I wished the hotel had was HDMI cord for the TV so I could connect my laptop to the TV but that wasn't that big of a deal. Great hotel!
