I am from Canada and will be visiting New Hampshire 03251, United States, for one week from March 13 to 20 during March Break of the kids. I see on the site that the dates are from January 14 to March 12, 2022 so will it be open during that time?

The dates they have posted are the dates it will be open. Weather dependent.

Yes it will be open from January 14th to March 12th.. of course temperature can affect everything
