Looking at moving in but I had a dog who needs to run and get his energy out. Is this community dog friendly? I saw there is a dog run but not sure how how big that is and if it is actually utilized.

Have to be on a leash not in the dog run. There are 2 small dogs larger dogs right outside the park its open and a lot of people run there dogs there with out a leash
