My neighbors are terrible, they park in front of the stop signs constantly blocking the road. And other people just blow thru the stop signs constantly. On top of the trash never getting picked up.

The worse place to live at I bought my house within a year or two there was a house shooting 3 house away from my house. It’s not safe at all there was a grown man at night running behind the yard in a diaper yes a diaper. All the homeless people are waking around here going to the back woods. They change management like it’s a candy game one never stay long enough. They are rude. Living here is like a dictatorship you can do this but we will tell you what you can and cannot do. If I bought my house you won’t tell me anything. The lot goes up every year for what I still don’t know the pool is always down for maintenance. There isn’t enough light for the high school kids to wait for the bus it’s Pitch black outside. Now the trash ppl comes when they want to if you call they will give you an excuse why they didn’t make it. I’m ready to sell my house because I’m so over this dam place. DON’T MOVE HERE YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT!!!!!! BE Warned

It is a very nice mobile home complex, if you are looking for an option that is not an apartment, this is the perfect place to start your life in Orlando FL, all the work staff are excellent, clean areas, swimming pools always in order, even At the moment I have no complaints about the place 🙌

This place sucks .. The management sucks they tow cars and think it's funny they think they can run your life and yes the lot rent is absolutely ridiculous.. You can buy a real house and property for less than you'll pay monthly for the lot rent and the house ...
Not to mention the roads and drive ways. And we are charged for garbage disposal and the garbage is collected every other week. And the infestation of cats that destroy the garbage bags that isn't collected. We are also responsible for all of that.. unbelievable

They have no storage for rvs here. If you have a small pop up or boat they may have a area to store. But residence are not allowed to bring rv on premises
Its 700 a month for my lot. Irs going up again in October. I have to pay for water, lawn service, and garbage. I was going to buy the home but i noticed that houses are hard to sell so im leasing. Maintenance takes forever to respond. People drive at high rate of speed and blasting car radio at all hours of the night. I would move if I could.

Yea they rent in here. But you need to check this place out real good before you move in. Come in here at night, during the day and especially on a weekend. The police are always in here. Just make sure this is where you want to live!
The lot rent is $633.00 alone, try adding rent or house payment on top of that!!!! On another note , it's 2020 , an lot rent is almost $700 now. So whoever says they are paying less must have something on someone. My neighbor pays even more!
