This place picks and chooses what rules they enforce. People move in here because they have rules, and don’t want to deal with disrespectful people, and if there are they expect management to enforce their own by laws. How do they expect people to follow certain rules, but not all rules. If you don’t enforce ”ALL” the rules, then you can’t enforce any rule. Gulfstream Harbor has to know there are state enforced guidelines that they have to abide by. And if residents don’t want to follow the rules, then pack up your stuff and go buy a house somewhere. The state of Florida states “that when a mobile home community enacts rules, they must enforce them.” When you submit a Residential Communication Form with a complaint, they don’t respond to them. Management is required to give the submitter a response in writing, with their response to their complaint, which they do not. I even went into the office and specifically ask for their response to the residential communication form and none was given. The people who are not abiding by the rules take precedence over the ones who follow them. People park in their yards and in the street, let their dogs bark on their porches, and on walks, work on cars, non-registered vehicles, loud and illegal modified exhaust systems, ETC. Since Gulfstream doesn’t enforce their own rules that they themselves have written in their by-laws, the people that are affected don’t need to follow the rules also. Unfortunately the next step in the process is to hire legal advice.

The amount of complaints that were filed on my grandmother because of her race was disgusting. If you want to retire in a beautiful facility with no problems peace and quiet DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! This neighborhood is filled with nothing but harassment and BULLYING!!!!!!

Yeah
Absolutely, no rentals available here! For purchase only, plus lot rent! Depends on what size mobile home and it's location
Probably most places like that do. Call them to find out
You'd have to check with the office but I don't think people are allowed to rent there homes here
I Don't think so.

How much do you charge for a RV site for a week with full hookups?
Depending on location. Corner lots and water are higher.. 600-700.. Also have a pass-on tax yearly of around $ 300.
I was quoted $654.00 for the lot rental, and $670.00+ for water/lake views. There were some introductory specials ($299.00 for a year, If I recall correctly) offered when I was inquiring.
Yes there is a lot rental fee, you buy your home. Pets are permitted.
No, this is a owner only community
There is a new administration, some people have said they aren't that strict with having people under 55 living with the residents, but you should just call them to make sure. It is a wonderful place, my parents live their.

You purchase the trailer, lot fee is around 700 a month.
This is a mobile home park residential area.
Its a pond
They are $630,or a little more for water front. You pay for water, sewer, cable. The amenities are great.
Yes
Yes it is dog friendly
They have amazing amenities this is why the lot rent went up and it's well worth it plus they have a guard at the gate not just a gated community security is top-notch maintenance is top-notch they keep the community looking great just moved in the 1st of January of 2018 and loved it
Gulfstream Harbor Community is a very good, clean, tranquility, and friendly people. The only thing here is that the lot rental, keeps going up. Example I'm paying $610.00 for lot rental and in January 2018 is going up to $630.00. I guess if you pay cash for a home is okay, but if you have a mortgage for the home, and depending how much you're paying, you can be making payment of $950.00 to $1,000.00 per month for house & lot payments.
If you can lift it you can throw it in the garbage truck monday or friday yourself
