Research rates/ reviews online, they were far from good in providing my home loan. If it hadn't been me prodding them (I have real estate experience so knew what should be happening when),I strongly believe my house wouldn't have closed on time. They are right on it when providing quotes (selling their product if you will), but then transferred to their closing department, which went slowly to say the least.
I'm sure they do. Having worked in the real estate industry for several years, our company tries to avoid working with RP Funding. There are many more respected mortgage brokers who offer better service and can save consumers money than RP Funding.
I don't have that experience with them but my home buying experience was amazing...I have nothing but good things to say from start to finish!!
