Average plates are between $12-$16. $60 is usually around what we spend on a dinner for two and that usually covers 2 appetizers, 2 rolls, drinks, and/or dessert

Not terribly expensive if you budget it right. I recommend planning beforehand how much you will spend in total so you don't overspend.
My wife and I had 2 apps 2 salads 2 rolls and beer for under $60
The food is served tapas style, which can really add up, even for a party of two. But for a light meal, including a roll and a side, it doesn't have to break the bank, either.
