SILAS HARTFORD I've been there as I live here in town. WHAT do you mean by.... "Cut them a break" ? Dont you think people should know they're closed all afternoon ? I do !! Hours 11 a.m. to 2:30 CLOSED from 2:30 till 5 PM OPEN again 5pm to 9 pm.
