Purchased new Gulfstar home in Northport. Shortly after tenant moved in there was a leak under a sink which was a warranty repair. Not long after, the the well pump began overflowing. They sent out their plumber to repair and afterwards it began flowing even more. They refused to repair it again and insisted it had been hit by a lawnmower. Sent out our own plumber and he observed that scenario was implausible as the water was originating underground and his recommendation was the original installer address the issue. Our plumber also tried to shutdown the well to see whether it would stop flowing and it continued to flow so clearly the pump was malfunctioning. Still waiting to hear whether Gulfstar accepts responsibility.

Woken up at 5:22 AM this morning with crews shining lights into my bedroom window! Very unprofessional!! What is the rest of the building time going to be? They haven't even poured the foundation yet!!!
