Been here for 20 plus yrs the new own does not what to fex nothing like the reads and thing he take the out of the account. And buys more he is a million dollars man I hope he starts fixing his land back up nice again I do not hold my breath on it people needs to come in see this place to find out for tham safe

Love this townhome association. It’s very clean and quiet. Great place to live for couples on their own. The management does a great job of taking care of this place. Extremely serene and quiet. Good location in north port next to all the shopping.
