One of the most convenient stations where BART and Caltrain actually connects. It's the only train station that has done it the right way. Who in the right mind would design the train stations from 2 different transits to be so far from one another.

I used to live in Millbrae years ago. It's a great place to raise a family! Places to walk. Places to talk. Plenty of great schools. Grocery stores and Restaurants galore. Especially Asian food. Awesome Chinese cuisine! Your palate won't be disappointed if you're feeling Japanese! Tourists and visitors shall leave with a smile on their faces! Yes, I really think so! 🤔

Multi platform BART station with the Caltrain stop right outside. SF Airport trains depart for the airport and NOT San Francisco; take a Richmond train to reach all Red Line stations. There are machines for ticketing and clipper card refills inside. Maximum one way fare is $6.35.

It's not normally full on a Saturday. The multistory parking garage is connected to the BART station by a short elevated pedestrian walkway.
Parking is busy in Millbrae but you can find parking nearby... Good luck... ☺️☺️☺️☺️
You can buy a ticket the day of your trip
from the Caltrain website: A Daily Parking Permit may be purchased for $5.50 from a Ticket Vending Machine. After parking, take note of your parking stall number and then follow these procedures: Go to the Ticket Vending Machine. Select Daily Parking. When prompted, type in your parking stall number. Insert cash or credit card. Take your receipt from the bottom tray of the TVM. At the Millbrae station, customers may use the Caltrain lot on the west side of the station or the BART lot and garage on the east side of the station. BART parking rules and fees apply to the eastside lots.
What direction? SF train is 8:09, san jose train is 8:34.
