Quick response upon arrival and provided exceptional care for our 8 week old puppy with Parvo. Such exceptional care with frequent updates. After 4 days in isolation/Intensive Care, he was ready to come home and we were refunded money from the original estimation. I would disagree with other people who have posted about cost. I felt the price for the care provided was quite reasonable. I thank IVS for saving my little boy's life! He is now a very healthy and normal 10 month old boy! Thank you IVS!

Greedy. Uneducated. Rude. Animals do not come first, money does. Not to mention you’ll never get an actual answer as to what is wrong with your pet. Just a lot of bills that you have to pay if you’d like your pet back. My dog also came back home scared of everything after we had to leave her over night/they take pets to the back and do god knows what to them. Something is CLEARLY going on with this facility. DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE.

They gave my puppy way too much medication for an allergic reaction and refused to admit what they did when we came back because she was vomiting. Instead did X-rays and had us looking at surgical options for an “obstruction” or even a spinal issue. We denied surgery and it ended up being food. Spent 3 grand and got no answers but a sicker dog. Went to our normal vet. She just needed to eat more and had a uti. That was it. Never take your pet here. You’ll end up with a sicker pet or as most reviews state, maybe even with a pet that has passed in their care.

My experience was 😞 horrible. My dogs was sick wit diarrhea. My dog is diabetic. I went w my son. He is white and a lady assume that we didn’t speak English. She didn’t ask just she said ohh you need an interpreter. This is discrimination also they thought I was Scrooge McDuck. They assume I was 🤑 rich. They didn’t do anything for my dog. Just I signed papers for money, money money . Terrible place they wants just your money. I went to Spy Clinic on 14th St and they saved my dogs life. I paid money for nothing.I don’t recommend this place.
