All I have to say is they are a rip off.i got my cable on in September and the bill was $98.00 and the next month bill was$211.00 so I let it go off and they keep on billing me and I been turned their equipment in

I just get internet because it is a necessity like electricity. I pay too much for that!

YOU ARE SO VERY RIGHT ABOUT THEM THEY ARE COOKED, I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, YOU CAN DO THE SAME BY ASKING FOR THE ADDRESS OF THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE OF NEW YORK CITY, WHICH COVERS ALL THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT, I USE TO DO WORK WITH THEM, Spectrum originally gave me a price of $55 for the wifi and phone service, once I added cable it went to $115, three days later I tried to cancel and was told, $104, would be my monthly subscription price WHAT happened to the original $55, they wouldn't answer they are cooks
