Maybe one of your representatives were rude, I never had a problem here and I eat there frequently. I also am in there several times a day to pick up orders for a courier job I do and even when they're slammed busy they manage to be polite and get the food to me with one of the best turnaround times in the DT area. By the way you introduce yourself as a 'big cooperation' seems like you beg respect and if you hold yourself above people like that (especially in a locally owned and operated taco shop), you're probably going to find people treat you with a certain dose of spite. Intimidating business with big numbers and cooperate backing is pretty petty. Also this is in the wrong category. This is for questions not reviews.
I usually go for lunch, and the people there are always friendly and helpful. I guess the night staff must be different.
