The Arc provide services to individuals over the age of 21 with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They do provide recreational and and social programs for the individuals they support.

my sister loves the program she misses it when it's not open she has personal support and other services through the program and she enjoys it and she has learned a lot and also she has met a lot of good friends and staff she enjoys it everyday they have a dance once a year the banquet and she loves that and also she loves the nights of shine in February but this coming year I'm not sure if they're going to have it due to the virus she loves to swim with Special Olympics she does people on the go also with Calvert County and she loves everybody at the program she misses everyone when the center is closed she enjoys it a lot I am glad there's a program I can put my sister in on the days that I work and she tells me everything she does everyday she learned how to use a computer and other things and even learn how to cook for herself and other goals the reading family
