I loved this place. I was a patient back in 2017 when it was Carol Porto Rehab, which I wasn't the biggest fan of. But I ended up needing help again and found Avenues, not knowing at first that it was the same place. With that said, they got me in quickly, which was important because there's typically only a small window of willingness to accept help for people like me. I showed up and was amazed by the transformation. The staff was awesome, and the facilities were much nicer. I hope I never need to go back again, but if I do need help I'll be calling them first.

I spent 35 days here in 2020 and would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. Worst rehab I've been to. No one wanted to be there causing a very negative atmosphere, the program is incredibly restrictive, the staff is rude and cold, and the therapy is awful. When I tried to leave, they refused to give me my phone for 72 hours. Please don't go here

I have been to about 13 inpatient treatment centers. I used to believe that the treatment center had no bearing on ability to maintain sobriety and your adventure was what you made of it, but I was wrong. I was here a few years ago before the remodeling started and this place is absolutely amazing. I had an incredible foundation for my recovery because of this facility. I am now an addictions counselor myself and always keep this treatment center at the top of my list to refer people. Thank you for helping me restart my life in sobriety
