you don't need birth certificates or social card. So long as u know the numbers. All income in the household and amount of rent/utilities if u pay them.
Birth certificate and social for everyone in the household that you are applying for an ID you might need proof of residence dont worry if you dont if you have kids that are in school they may ask for proof
