The service department at this location is awful! I sat in the dealership for 5 hours today. And after 5 hours, nothing had been done to my car. I came in for a 10am appointment for my rear brakes to be changed, brake fluid flushed and to have my windshield wipers replaces. After being promised by Amhad King that I would be out in two hours over the phone as well as in person once I handed him my keys, I have still yet to received my car. The service is not complete. I was offered a rental, i paid the $250 hold which is not refunded for 7 days. Then told i could not get a rental because i had brought my dog. I was told the parts i needed would be in by 2pm at 1pm. 2pm came and was told i could not have a rental nor have the parts came. So I sat waiting. 3pm came and all of a sudden they are able to bypass their no pet policy to provide me with a rental. My last visit a month and a half prior, I paid for an oil change and tire rotation and the tire rotation was not complete. A time before that, i came for an oil change and they did not replace the cap to the engine after the oil change. All the oil spewed out and they told me I needed to come back to the dealership which is 30 mins away from my home without traffic. 45+ with traffic. They sent someone to replace the oil but refused to clean under the hood. I asked to be refunded for the balance for the tire rotation I paid for and they tried to act as if it reflected in the balance i was paying for my brakes. They are LIARS and CON men. Do not do business with this dealership Its is now 5pm and I still do not have service updates on my car. Not to mention, i am expected to replace gas for a rental i was not even supposed to have.

When I purchased my 2022 Rouge from Passport I was told my first oil change would be at no cost to me and my sales man would schedule the appointment. Imagine my surprise when I went to get my old change and was told I had to pay. The gentleman who was assigned to help me in service was really nice and tried to honor the request but was ultimately not able to do so. My 2022 Rouge was my third car that I purchased from Passport and had plan to return to upgrade in a year or so. I have sent friends there to purchase vehicles and even had my sister from NC try to get her car from there but after this experience I will not. I will either drive pass them and go to Nissan in Waldorf or find a Nissan dealership in VA.
