I'd say about 1/2 a mile. Time depends on flow and how slow you want to paddle.

It's slow, about 30 mins and it leads to a popular swim hole. The swim hole is fun there is tree swing and people gather to grill, hangout and swim in the clear water. You have to get the tube before you arrive there is a place just before you get to the park where you can rent the tubes or just bring your own. They are cheap at walmart.
