Water is 68 always. Weather has been up and down a lot. Check the weather for the days you are visiting but the week of January 13 2019 should be high 60s.
Not for me,but I am a Floridian. Depends on how hot it is. Weathers been crazy this month. Water is same temperature all yr round in spring.
Water is 68° year round. I don't think it should be an issue if you're coming from Minnesota
