It says State Park on website but they don't accept the state park pass. Staff says they are county?? So which is it??

It's a county Park. It's only $5 per vehicle! It worth much more.

Not a State Park, it does belong to the county. They will not accept the state park pass at Kelly park, but it's worth the $5.
